Ventrilo Channel : CounterStrike

Ok i belive the most loyal player should be a part of this list since they earned it. So far on the channel we have

<{SoF}> Wookie
<{SoF}> Kipp
<{SoF}> Love
<{SoF}> Pyro
<{SoF}> Lestat ( new play but look at the amount of time he has played.)

Other five that need to get ventrilo

<{SoF}> Ouch
<{SoF}> Tony Danza
<{SoF}> EmperorBuddha
<{SoF}> Fallen Angle ( definate loyalty but if you dont get a mike you spot will be taken srry)
<{SoF}> StuntDevil

Remeber if you choose not to get the ventrilo channel in a certain fair amount of time, your space will be filled by a player that desires to take the time needed to download the program. So please if you name is on the list DOWNLOAD Kipp will be poasting instructions needed to install the program

And Ouch or Kipp if you feel that a different player should be picked rather then a player on the list please tell me and it will be fixed.

I have admin on the channel ,so i set up a casual lounge and a scrim channel.

Ok cool I try to get up the tutorial to as soon as I can:-). And Fallen Angle are you a Right Angle or some where else in the 0-360 spectrum. Sorry wookie its a slight jab.

I made up a tutorial using MS Word so if you want to know how to set it up let me know your e-mail and I will send it to you. I don't want to post it with the password so anyone can try to use it.

you cant copy paste the words into a post?

I can't figure out how to upload pictures, but maybe I can just do it with text and no pictures. I'll give it a shot later tonight, But I will have to personal message people with the password or give it to them in game.

Kipp, I fixed the vent pics in the Gallery

Yeah I am clue less on what I am doing so it may take me a while to figure it out.

Actually it was nothing you did. The files you uploaded appeared to be photos to the gallery - so I "edit photo" and set page size to 800X800 and works like a champ. I think it does it with LARGE jpegs and LARGE bmp files.

So what do I put in between the image tags?

after you right click an image and select properties you will see an address, something like this http://navycs.com/gallery2/d/2626-2/navy.jpe copy it and paste it between the tags.

VENTRILO TUTORIAL

Down load and install ventrilo, client side, from http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php

Setup as follows.



Click on the User Name arrow. “1”



Click on NEW.

Enter your Counter Strike name.

Click on OK.



Click on Server arrow. “2”



Click on New. “1”

Enter the information shown

Password is “ASK SOMEONE FROM SOF”



Click on setup. “3”



Check the box next to “ Use Push-To-Talk Hotkey”

Chose what ever key you want to talk with. Preferably not the same as ingame.



Then Connect.

Your all done.
