Ultima Online : General Discussion

I used to play UO extensively a few years back and stopped playing the game about 4 years ago. The account I had with UO was still however being paid for. I have now returned to the game. Coming back after sooo long I have found a few items that may be rare and worth some duckets - First two are these double slayer weapons;

The next two are parchments - a deed for a two story villa and a blacksmithy repair deed which is now labeled "Unknown".

Now to find out what they are worth!
