interested in Navy Recruiting Contract : U. S. Military Recruiting

I have met people from time to time that have contracts with the Navy to go to events and help promote Navy Recruiting. They have give-a-ways and decorate thier Hummer as part of the prmotions. This is something I have an interest in. Is there any of my online buddies that can assist in directing me towards the right path?
