New website layout management

now the site instead of Frames, is using shared borders. if theres any problems initially, reload the page, if a problem persists, post it here with detailed account of whats happening so i can address it.
The reason? because the way im taking Navycs.com the site i plan on using the manipulation that i can achieve with shared borders that i just couldnt do with frames.
Expect Navycs.com to have a facelife very soon.

was kinda busy with 2 jobs
tryin to save 4 car and stuff
so....i see ya made some changes here
i made a website and trying now get ppl involved
and really want ya guys hook up with nice website as ya deserver
yall just nice ppl except few morons who was around here....
