COWABUNGA DUDES, surfing some killer waves made easy, at the comfort or your own home. The poeople of Navycs seem quite taken by the thrill of the newly uploaded maps. Also it is attracting a new group of players wanting to see what it is all about. Its is very addicting, like a drug while doing it you feel good and maby kinda, I dont know dangerouse
and then out of pure routine you look at your rank and then BANG it hits you, your rank is horrible and your efficency is lower then ever (Dwight) but you can stop NO NO you will do it again and again, you will unconsiously keep doing it for that one second of inebriation while riding what could be the longest wave ever.
So i belive kepp em coming, keep new maps in rotation to expand our horizion of regualrs. I have only heard good things, unless like my self completely unable to go anywhere in them. But just the want of trying to excede the limits of your previous run is enough to keep me going
WELL IM OF TO THE BEACH LATA!....

I must say it is addicting. Me and Dwight spent like 12 hrs playing on different surf servers.... And we finally learned how to do it... The more you do it the more you'll learn... spectating ppl who can do it also helps... for the ones who cant do it... it is possible.. and dont get frustated.. Strafe keys and your mouse are the only things you should be using...so it cant be that hard.. remember your mouse controls your direction and speed... and you should always be holding a strafe button at all times whether surfing or in the air....HOLD THE BUTTON... tapping it wont help.....Good luck and have fun.... Surfs up dude

This come in a .txt file with it.
Basic Surfing Tips

Beginner Tips:
1.) To surf, jump or walk onto one of the curved walls (hereby referted to as "ramps"). Then simply hold strafe (Default are the A and D keys).
This will glitch out the physics and cause you to glide along the walls.
2.) While surfing, NEVER press up, down, or courch; pressing those will cause you to slide off the wall and fall,
which in 99% of surf maps will cause you to instantly die.
3.) To change direction (in order to make it to the next ramp), simply press the direction you wish to go, BEFORE
flying off of your current ramp.
4.) Surfing takes pratice, so don't be discouraged if you don't get it right the first time.
5.) Yes, all surf maps CAN be completed with normal gravity (800) and normal airaccelerate (10). So don't think
that it isn't possible.
Other Tips:
1.) Don't spawn camp and shoot people surfing away - This is extreemly annoying and makes it less fun for everyone.
2.) To make extreemly long jumps and add alot of fun to surfing, change the servers sv_airaccelerate setting
to 100 (default 10).
