After downloading you need to select it within CS:Source. Boot up the game and select Options from the main screen, another menu should appear showing your player name; your crosshair and your current spray image. Click the Import Spray button, navigate to the file you have just saved and click Ok. The spray image should now show your design. (this will appear when you press the 'T' button during a game). Click Apply and then OK.
If you use an image from NavyCS.com a link back from your site would be appreciated :)

Creating CSS Sprays
The require sizes are 128x128, 128x256 or 256x256. You can use 64x256 but Source will distort the spray. File must be saved as either vtf, tga, bmp or jpeg.
