Navy Chiefs Foil Commanders Office

Six Navy Chief Petty Officers use a large amount of aluminum foil to cover everything in their commander's office as a prank. It is reported that the officer in question no longer has to use the local tanning bed, the foils reflective power and his 60 watt light bulb does just fine.
