Naval Support Activity Mid-South and CNRC

The Naval Support Activity Mid-South, located in Millington, TN is closed to all non-essential personnel today due to the heavy rains and possible flooding. Navy Recruiting Command is located on NSA Mid-South, if you are expecting a waiver response, it will not happen today.
On May 1st of this year, NSA Mid-South will be remembering the storm, and subsequent flooding, that displaced hundreds from their homes and closed many of the base’s functions for weeks. Preparations for this year’s storm could be seen around the base in the form of sandbag barriers in front of entrance ways of many of the base’s buildings.
