    Lolen,

A local Chief’s Mess can make a nomination to the MCPON, via the Force Master Chief, for individuals they deem worthy – it is a very coveted honor, and the process is very selective.

Did not know that Bill Cosby served in the Navy. At first I thought this was a publicty thing, but aftrer reading the story found it to be quit interesting. Makes me proud to be an active duty CPO. Everyone wants to be a CHIEF. Congrats Chief Petty Officer William “Bill” Cosby.
