Father’s Day Present

June 13th, 2010

My family and I have always had a hard time keeping presents a secret. Father’s Day 2010 has turned out to be no different.

Today, my wife gave me a new lens for my camera; a 55-250mm lens, so I can take close up shots of the animals at the zoo, and as it turns out, the animals that happen to roam our back yard in the middle of the day. We named him “Ranger.”

Your two brief paragraphs suggest a story of richly higher magnitude. If inclined to share, do you have any pets at home? The question is rather prying, so you are certainly respected in advance for your reticence.

Our pets are the creatures, including Ranger, that inhabit the wooded acreage behind our property. No hassles in attempting to locate a pet sitter when we decide to take those spontaneous trips to Vegas. Life is good.
