Sorry for the Delays

I would like to apologize to everyone over the last 4 days who submitted a question either via email or as a comment in this blog. For the last 4 days, we have had a new set of stairs installed, and my main problem was that my home office is on the second floor. My home PC has all the instructions loaded whereas my laptop did not. As of the time I made this post, I have completed the backlog. I have also loaded all the new instructions and publications I use to help formulate a response on to my laptop, so I hope I never get so far behind again.
The stairs may not look like much in this picture, but they look great in person. Well worth the time, money, and smell of wood stain and polyurethane.
