Manuel was still at F-15 when I left 1n 1996. Man, those were the days. When I was going the the UPS training prior to Satcomm, Felipo turned on the breaker and BLAAAAAMMMMM! the whole thing erupted in smoke and flame. Something in the capacitor bank shorted and caused a BIG bang. We spent our training time cleaning it up and repairing it. Hey,
