		<description>I think the military should have have gotten rid of the ones who has 20 or so years of service not the ones with only one or two years. Because of them like the senior chiefs or Chiefs with that many years the rates would have opened up for advancement. Instead the militatry starty chopping from the bottom up instead of the top down. Makes no sense to me.</description>
