No Wonder Gas is Higher

On every government check I ever got it said in the fine print that it would no longer be “good” after one year from the issue date – did the checks we pay Cuba for Gitmo also expire? I mean Castro just throws them in a desk drawer when he gets them. Is that like money sitting in our national checking account?

Words to live by; “Putting your best foot forward isn’t that impressive if you haven’t washed your feet.”

We have been digging up ancient people’s graves for a couple of hundred years now – what has been the benefit to mankind?

We can dig a hole on the Martian surface but we are just finding new tribes in the Amazon?

If we haven’t built a nuclear power plant in this country in over 30 years, does anyone remember how to do it?

If all the forms of capital punishment are inhumane why don’t we hook the guilty up to a big lightening rod and let God pull the switch?

Gas was a lot cheaper before we raised the minimum wage…
