If the Recruiter is found to be at fault, then the Recruiter will face a disciplinary action. That process will not change the status of the Recruit. When the Recruit was at the MEPS, the Recruit is told, and signs documents confirming they understand that in no uncertain terms, they are responsible for their answers - no matter what the Recruiter may have told them.
